• Improving CV Teaser's AI algorithms and models, using pseudonymised data
• Producing aggregated and anonymised statistics and benchmarks on the job market
• Ensuring the security and continuity of the service

This licence does not transfer ownership of submitted content to KP Group. Users warrant that they hold all rights to the content they submit and indemnify KP Group against any third-party claim in this regard.

3.3 Trademarks

The names "CV Teaser", "CVTeaser" and associated logos are distinctive signs belonging to KP Group. Any use, reproduction or imitation of these signs without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement or unfair competition.

All information and content published on cvteaser.com and provided through CV Teaser's services is provided for informational and indicative purposes only. While KP Group endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of information published on the site, it cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or suitability of such information in all contexts.

KP Group reserves the right to correct, modify or remove any content from the site at any time and without notice.

4.2 No guarantee of results

Analyses, scores, recommendations, cover letters and adapted CVs generated by CV Teaser are job application assistance tools. KP Group does not guarantee, under any circumstances:

• The obtaining of interviews, job offers or any other favourable outcome from the user's job search
• That analyses comply with the specific criteria of any individual recruiter, company, industry or country
• That generated content is appropriate for the specific requirements of any particular job posting
• The absence of errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analyses

By using CV Teaser, users expressly acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and that no professional decision should be based solely on the results provided by the platform.

4.3 Financial liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KP Group's total aggregate liability, for any and all causes of action, is expressly limited to the amounts actually paid by the user for the service giving rise to the claim, over the twelve (12) months preceding the occurrence of the damage.

Under no circumstances shall KP Group be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of employment, loss of profits, commercial harm or reputational damage, even if KP Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.4 Force majeure

KP Group shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including network outages, cyberattacks, disruption to third-party technical services, or any unforeseeable and unavoidable event.

• Generated content may contain inaccuracies or phrasing unsuitable for certain cultural or geographical contexts
• Generated content does not constitute a professional CV review, recruitment consultancy or career coaching service

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and adapting any generated content before use in a real job application. KP Group accepts no liability for consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without prior human review and adaptation.

KP Group endeavours to ensure that the CV Teaser platform is available 24/7. However, access to the service may be interrupted at any time and without notice for the following reasons:

• Technical failures or incidents beyond KP Group's control

KP Group offers the following digital services through the CV Teaser platform. All prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes.

KP Group reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. New prices apply to all orders placed after their effective date.

Offers are valid for as long as they are visible on the platform and subject to technical availability of the service.

4.1 Steps to place an order

1. Select the desired service on the platform
2. Review the order summary (service, price including all taxes)
3. Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
4. Enter payment details and confirm payment
5. Receive an order confirmation email
6. Gain immediate access to the purchased service

4.2 Order confirmation

Upon payment validation, KP Group sends the Customer an email confirmation summarising the service purchased, the amount paid and access conditions. This email constitutes acknowledgement of the order and confirmation of the sale.

4.3 Contract formation

The sale contract is deemed concluded on the date the payment is validated by the secure payment service provider. KP Group reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, abusive use or payment incident, without giving rise to any right to compensation.

5.1 Accepted payment methods

Payment is made exclusively online via a secure payment platform. Accepted payment methods include:

5.4 Payment failure & chargebacks

In the event of a failed, rejected or disputed payment, KP Group reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the service without prior notice. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, KP Group reserves the right to claim the disputed amount plus any associated fees, and to refuse any future transaction to the Customer.

6.1 Waiver for one-time purchases

For the Premium Report, the digital service is performed in full and immediately upon payment validation. By ticking the box provided during checkout, the Customer:

• Expressly requests immediate performance of the service
• Expressly waives their right of withdrawal / right to cancel, in accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent UK regulations)
• Acknowledges that this waiver means no refund can be issued once the report has been generated and made available

6.2 Exceptional cases and requests

For any questions or withdrawal requests relating to services that have not yet been performed, the Customer may contact KP Group by email at contact@cvteaser.com, stating their name, email address, order date and the reason for their request.

KP Group is committed to handling all refund requests promptly and in good faith. The following conditions apply:

All refund requests must be sent to contact@cvteaser.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the refund claim, quoting the relevant order or transaction number. KP Group will process requests within 14 business days.

8.1 Conditions of use

By accessing and using the CV Teaser platform, the Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order
• Use the platform solely for personal and lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures or access restrictions
• Not submit unlawful, defamatory or third-party rights-infringing content
• Not use CV Teaser's services for commercial resale or sub-contracting purposes without prior written authorisation from KP Group
• Not use automated processes (bots, scrapers) to access the services or extract data from the platform

8.2 Accuracy of submitted content

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and relevance of the content (CVs, job descriptions, personal information) submitted to the platform. KP Group does not verify submitted content and disclaims all liability in this regard.

8.3 Use of generated content

Content generated by CV Teaser is provided on a personal, non-exclusive basis. The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and adapting generated content before use in any real job application. KP Group accepts no liability for consequences arising from the use of unmodified AI-generated content.

9.1 Ceasing use by the Customer

The Customer is free to stop using the CV Teaser platform's services at any time. They may also request the deletion of their personal data by contacting KP Group at contact@cvteaser.com, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Suspension by KP Group

KP Group reserves the right to suspend or refuse access to the service to a user, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms or the platform's conditions of use
• Fraudulent conduct, including unjustified chargebacks
• Attempted technical circumvention of the platform or its security mechanisms
• Unauthorised commercial use of the services (resale, sub-contracting to third parties)
• Submission of unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights

In the event of refusal of access for cause, no refund is due. KP Group reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against the Customer for any loss suffered.

9.3 Consequences of suspension

Upon suspension of access, the Customer immediately loses access to the platform's features. Customer data is retained in accordance with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy, then deleted or anonymised.

KP Group does not guarantee, under any circumstances, the obtaining of interviews, job offers or any other favourable professional outcome as a result of using the platform. Analyses, scores and recommendations are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to any particular result.

10.2 Liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KP Group's total aggregate liability under these Terms, for any and all causes of action, is expressly limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the occurrence of the damage claimed.

10.3 Exclusion of indirect damages

Under no circumstances shall KP Group be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of employment, loss of profits, loss of data, commercial harm or reputational damage, even if KP Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 AI-generated content

Content automatically produced by CV Teaser's AI systems may contain inaccuracies or imprecisions inherent to the current state of the technology. KP Group accepts no liability for consequences arising from the use of such content without prior human review and adaptation by the Customer.

10.5 Force majeure

KP Group shall not be liable for any failure to perform its contractual obligations due to a force majeure event, including failure of third-party technical infrastructure, cyberattacks, communication network failures, or any unforeseeable and unavoidable event.

The processing of the Customer's personal data in connection with use of CV Teaser's services is governed by KP Group's Privacy Policy, available at cvteaser.com/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, the Customer acknowledges having read the Privacy Policy and agrees to its terms.

For any question regarding personal data or to exercise data rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), the Customer may contact KP Group at contact@cvteaser.com.

KP Group reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes in the services offered, legislative or regulatory developments, or changes in its commercial practices.

The version of the Terms applicable to a given order is the version in force on the platform on the date the order is confirmed. Continued use of the platform after any modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions by the user.

13.1 Governing law

These Terms and any contracts concluded on the basis thereof are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any conflict of laws rules, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer's country of habitual residence.

13.2 Amicable resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings. The Customer should submit a written complaint to KP Group at contact@cvteaser.com. KP Group commits to responding within 15 business days.

If no amicable resolution is reached, consumer Customers may refer the dispute free of charge to a qualified consumer mediator:

Failing amicable resolution or mediation, any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Toulouse, France.
